So once you have defined the what, you need to dig a bit deeper.
Now let me get this out of the way early – Do the smart stuff first, not the easy / fun stuff. Doing the smart stuff – ie answering the questions below and developing your business out of these answers will get you into a position to have fun.
First let’s look at some building blocks.
Who will buy your stuff?
Who’s on your team?
What are the expectations of your customers and team?
What systems are needed to meet the expectations of your customers and team?
How much will this cost?
How will you attract attention?
Today’s questions: Who will buy my stuff?
Your job: Produce (draw, write, talk, video, collage, anything) a really clear picture of the person/people / group(s) that will buy your stuff. What do they like? What are they like? Where are they? What do they do? Who do they know? What interests them? Get as much detail as possible. Paint as detailed a picture as possible.
